Went to Brian about injuries I was having for a number of weeks. He put his time and effort into healing me and he worked his magic and I had no doubt that he would. Got the needling done which I was a bit nervous about but Brian made it pain-free for me which was great. Gave me a lot of information I could take on board for myself and how to help prevent these injuries further and stretches I can do to help myself too.
